The other companies issued one cover for each label they issued, but Festival issued a myriad of covers mostly the same design but with different colour print.
The system probably  was:

WHITE -  Generic all Labels
PURPLE - ABC Paramount / Ampar
BLUE - Mainly Festival / Later Coral
GREEN -  Atlantic
LIGHT BLUE -  Festival
ORANGE - Command
PINK -  Leedon
YELLOW -  Ampar and RG (Reg Grundy)

This was a general rule of thumb, but they could be mixed.
