Musicor Records was formed in 1960 by songwriter Aaron Schroeder. Shroeder
owned half of the record label, with United Artists owning the other half.
In 1965, the label was sold to Art Talmadge, co-founder of Mercury Records.
Musicor was sold to Springboard Entertainment in 1976 who was sold to Gusto
Records in 1979.

Coronet
KS 435 - 1961 (1 issue), then went to United Artists the same year - UA
1009. In 1964, the label went to CBS - BA 221142, then to Statside in 1970
- OSS 9233. In 1972, Interfusion took over with ITFK 4678 - and,
also in 1972, Musicor got their own label - ITFK 4699 (issued on both labels). |
