The Australian house label of the WEA group. Proir to the Amalgamation of Warner Brothers, Elektra & Atlantic along with Reprise and Asylum. These labels were distributed by different companies. The WEA label was set up primarily to record Aussie acts and as a house label used for the distribution of overseas material not aligned with WEA’s overseas labels.
