Black Swan Records was formed in 1963 as a Ska label run by Island Records.  The label was briefly revive by Trojan in 1970, and re-revived by Island in 1976 when it shared the Island WIP series.
Oddly, the sleeve was used for Island WIP 6406 - 1977.
