1972, the "Black Development Foundation" N.Y. set up a new label called
"DE-VEL" and Columbia would market the label. Early 1973, Columbia distributed
that De-Vel signed Jackie Milton and her debut single "Little by little"
was ready for immediate release.
Other
artists for the near future were Mike Scott and Madeline & The Montcellos.
